The Frankfort girls just had a cup of coffee last year at the 1A state volleyball and basketball tournaments.  The Wildcats brought home the crown from volleyball this season, and will look to do the same on the hardwood starting on Wednesday against defending champ St. John.  Frankfort coach Bruce Gunter says they want to play much better than a year ago against South Gray.    He says facing St. John is a lot like looking into a mirror, and they share some tendencies with the Wildcats and TVL rival Valley Heights.  Frankfort girls basketball will clash with St. John on Wednesday at 4:45 pm in Hays in the 1A state tournament quarterfinals.
